Padrinho Luiz Mendes do Nascimento was a disciple of Mestre Irineu and the leader of ICEFLI and the community of Fortaleza. This is the official version of the healing work that was developed by him including their version of the Oracão. This version has been reviewed for accuracy by Saturnino.
